The update is to issue Amendment 0001 to HUD  Solcitation 86615426R00002:

• Extend the proosal due date to Friday, July 24, 2026
• Provide a response to industry questions

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Economic and Market Analysis Division (EMAD) is seeking a subscription to a dynamic real estate data and analytics database that is adept at meeting the varied needs of multiple HUD staff engaged in housing market analysis. Services shall include providing EMAD staff and other HUD employees with online access to home sales data covering markets across the United States, capability of querying, saving, and sharing the home sales data among HUD user accounts,  unlimited downloads of the data, and providing a project manager who shall be responsible for assisting users with the database.
