The solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a base period of five years. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 132 DARO (after Contractor First Article Test approval). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 63 each for the base period.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
