The O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah intends to solicit, negotiate, and award an F-16 Circuit Card NSN 5998-01-641-1053 FFP contact to the responsible quoter, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government.
