Clauses WSSTERMMZ04, WSSTERMLZ10, and FAR 52.212-2 are hereby removed from the solicitation. 2. The following language is removed from the solicitation: The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible,technically acceptable and responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to thesolicitation, represents best value to the Government. The offerors proposalshall be in the form prescribed by, and shall contain a response to each ofthe areas identified in the Section L solicitation provision entitled"Submission of Offers for Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offers. Onlythose proposals prepared in accordance with the solicitation will beevaluated. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price ofproposals meeting or exceeding administrative costs, it is in the Government'sbest interest to do so. The Government will first evaluate the non-price go/nogofactors. The non-price evaluation factor is Past Performance. The solicitation closing date is extended to 27 February 2025.
