Clauses WSSTERMMZ04, WSSTERMLZ10, and FAR 52.212-2 are hereby removed from the solicitation. 2. The following language is removed from the solicitation: The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible,technically acceptable and responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to thesolicitation, represents best value to the Government. The offerors proposalshall be in the form prescribed by, and shall contain a response to each ofthe areas identified in the Section L solicitation provision entitled"Submission of Offers for Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offers. Onlythose proposals prepared in accordance with the solicitation will beevaluated. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price ofproposals meeting or exceeding administrative costs, it is in the Government'sbest interest to do so. The Government will first evaluate the non-price go/nogofactors. The non-price evaluation factor is Past Performance. Thenon-pricefactors will be rated as either acceptable or unacceptable basedon the solicitation criteria. The contractor must achieve an acceptable ratingin past performance or it will be removed from competition. 3. The following language is added to the solicitation: The Government intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsiblequoter whose quote is technically acceptable and which is determined mostadvantageous to the Government, price considered. 4. The following clarification is made to the original solicitation: This requirement can only be repaired from small business suppliers whoprovide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-Certified partswhich possess anFAA Authorized Released Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tagfrom certified repair stations pursuant to 14 CFR Part 145. 5. The solicitation closing date is extended to 27 February 2025. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that articles shall be manufactured, tested, and inspected in accordance with the OEM drawing for part number 2165-6 latest revision.
