The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, located in/at Off Highway 191 & Hospital Drive, Chinle, AZ 86503 needs a contractor to provide On-Site Preventative Maintenance for Radiology Ultrasound Equipment.  Services shall be provided in accordance to attached Scope of Work.

The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025.

The solicitation is a Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811211 with an associated small business size standard of $8.0 million.
