b. To amend Sections A and L to adjust the deadline for Questions from vendors. The new question deadline shall be 10 January 2025, 1400 CET.


c. The bid opening date and time of the solicitation remain unchanged: 23 January 2025, 14:00 hours CET.

a. To respond to questions received during the stated period that concluded on 18 December 2024, 1400

CET.

Q1: Could you organize a site visit appointment?

A1: Yes, the site visit shall occur on 09 January 2025 at 1030. For more information about the site visit, please reference Sections A and L.

Q2: Since most Germany companies do not work between Christmas and January 6th, could you rethink your offer deadline?

A2: Yes, the deadline for the Solicitation has been extended from 09 January 2025 to 23 January 2025.

Q3: Does the hard copy documents need to be submitted via mail earlier than the deadline or if we have to bring them at the Bid Opening on the time states?

A3: If you plan to attend the bid opening on 23 January at 14:00 Local Time, you can bring your offer with you. There is no requirement to have the documents earlier so long as we have them in our possession no later than the date and time stated.

Q4: I cannot find the quantities for the new items 003BQ & 006AA. Would you please tell me where I can find them in today's amendment.

A4: Attachment II of the solicitation is the price schedule which contains all the quantities of the specification items, including 003BQ and 006AA. The amendment 0001 only provides the missing specification items for the two items in question, but the input blocks for both were already in the original price schedule.

Q5: Will the contractor be provided with a dedicated area to keep their equipment and supplies? If yes, could you please
provide more details?
A5: The contractor will be provided with a storage room in one of the AFH buildings. However, he should also ensure
that easily flammable materials such as paints, varnishes and the like are stored in a suitable metal cabinet and that it is
also lockable.
Q6: If not, will the contractor be permitted to mobilize their own containerized storage facility onsite?
A6: Due to several logistical challenges, the contractor will be provided with a storage room.
Q7: Will the contractor be given a working schedule per task order or must the contractor provide their working
schedule?
A7: Each task order will specify the performance requirements in terms of the start date and required completion date
and number of days to complete specific tasks. Construction schedules do not apply to this acquisition but the contractor
will be responsible to complete required within the specified performance period.

Q8: Will the contractor be able to choose the days (exact dates) of performance within a certain USG-provided
timeframe?
A8: Work shall be completed within the timeframe established in each task order. Specific days shall be coordinated
with the COR in advance.
Q9: Will the contractor be able to choose the hours of performance within the selected days of performance?
A9: Specific hours of performance shall be coordinated with the COR in advance and must be compliant with the
section 18 of the General Preamble which establishes specific days and times for contractors to have access to the
installation and working hours.
Q10: In case, for example, 5 apartments are required to be cleaned per day, will the contractor be permitted to clean
them with 1 crew one after the other, or must the contractor clean them with 5 crews simultaneously?
A10: This is the responsibility of the contractor as there must always be enough personnel present on site to carry out
the tasks set in each task order and comply with all requirements such as timeliness of task
