• The following updates are provided in advance of all Question & Answer responses in order to facilitate earlier communication. Notable changes from Draft Request For Proposal to Final Request For Proposal are anticipated to include:
  • L.19B Technical Approach, Mission Suitability will be updated from “The Offeror shall provide the proposed technical approach to accomplish the requirements for each of the following SOW sections only: Export Control, Information Technology (IT), Certification of Flight Readiness (CoFR)” to “The Offeror shall provide the proposed technical approach to accomplish the requirements for each of the following SOW sections only: Systems Engineering and Integration, Mission Planning & Integration, Operations, and Information Technology”.
