The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is seeking firms doing business in North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513210 Software Publishers.

Defense Acquisition University (DAU) provides a global learning environment to develop qualified acquisition, requirements and contingency professionals who deliver and sustain effective and affordable warfighting capabilities. DAU and its partner agencies also deliver professional training to its employees and assigned military members. DAU uses the Cornerstone (CSOD) commercial application as its learning environment to deliver training and maintain transcript records. DAU plans to establish a new blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contract vehicle to purchase learning content that can be delivered using the Cornerstone application.
