The U.S Embassy Bujumbura, Burundi has a requirement to buy a prefabricated laundry room featuring the following specifications

Must be containerized/Meet ISO Standards

• 3 commericial grade whashers (220 volt)
• 3 commerical grade dryers (220 Volt)
• 1 Laundry Sink
• 220Volt/50 HZHot Water Heating System (40 AMP)
• All required plumbing (floor drain/discharge hose/water connection points)
• Two split-type HVAC units
• Two Folding Tables
• Two wire shelves
• Dryr vents to the outsdie
• Tile floor
• 220 V elect panel
• Commercial Exhause
• Fibercglass Reinforced panels (walls and ceilings
• Insulation (walls and ceiling)
• Lights
• Plugs
• 1 Single Entrace
• 2 windows

NOTES:

1. The subject of the quotation must be “Quotation Enclosed: PR15049236:Pre-fabricated laundry room
2. Only electronic quotations are accepted. Please ensure you provide photos of what you are offering. They must be emailed by the deadline to BujProcurement@state.gov
3.  Value Added Tax (18%) must be included as a separate line item (if applicable)
4.  Interested vendors should be registered in SAM and should be NDAA 899 compliant on the submission date of the quote.
5. Quotations must specify the delivery lead-time and delivery location.
