The Government intends to negotiate solely with FREQUENTIS DEFENSE INC under the
authority of
FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.

13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items,
applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1250(#

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing
that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the
Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted

All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the
purpose of determining
whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not

Government.
