This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.  The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only. The Government will not resimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.

The Government anticipated award of the EPD task order on the SITE III IDIQ contract prior to the end of the current contract under the SIA 3 IDIQ, which ends on 28 February 2025. The Government potentially needs an additional six (6) months to successfully solicit, award, and transfer this requirement to the EPD SITE III task order, which is a competitive solution for this requiement.

Due to our stringent security parameters with regards to TS/SCI cleared personnel, we must execute an emergency bridge contract with the incumbent to avoid any gaps in service for this mission critical effort. During the bridge, the new effort will be competed on SITE III.
