This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the rental of seven (7) parking spaces in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2025-02, effective 1/3/2025 and the Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), current as of 07/21/2023.

The small business size standard for the set-aside is $47.0 million.
