Dear Industry Partners,

This is an update on the status of the Architecture, Development, and Platform Technical Services (ADaPTs) 2.0 procurement.

We are providing Government Responses to Questions submitted by Industry. Please see attached (ADaPTs Industry Engagement Questions and ADaPTs RFQ Questions).

Additionally, we are providing the following Revised Notional Milestones:

• Response to Questions submitted by Industry: January 16, 2025
• Final Solicitation Release: January 22, 2025
• Quotation Phase I Due Date: February 5, 2025
• Phase II Vendor Questions Due Date:  February 2025
• Quotation Phase II Due Date: March 2025
• Quotation Phase III Due Date: April 2025
• Anticipated Award: June 2025

We are noting the final solicitation will be for a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Special Item Numbers (SINs) 54151S - IT Professional Services, 518210C – Cloud Computing and Cloud Related IT Professional Services, OLM, and Ancillary Supplies and Services to perform ADaPTS 2.0 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3.

This will be the final SAM.Gov Notification. All additional communication will be via GSA E-Buy.

As a follow on to the SAM.gov notice posted on December 4, 2024, the following registration information is provided for the upcoming Architecture, Development, and Platform Technical Services 2.0 (ADaPTS 2.0) Industry Engagement Event by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) in support of the DHS Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

Note: The Industry Engagement Event will be recorded. Any responses provided during Industry Engagement Event may be superseded in the resulting solicitation. This event is closed to the press.

TIME:  1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

WHERE: The Industry Engagement Event will take place virtually
