The Phoenix Area Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for Air Charter Services for transportation of clinical, administrative, and other staff of the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) located in Phoenix, Arizona. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Products & Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products.
