1. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will not be returned. Vendors will not be notified of the result of this review. It is the intent of Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) to use this sources sought for market research purposes only.
2. The Department of Defense (DoD), WHS/AD is performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential 8(a) sources to providing Integrated Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Organizational Efficiencies services at the Pentagon Reservation and other Government owned or leased facilities within the NCR.
3. Responses shall not exceed five (5) pages maximum. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought notice. 
4. All responses shall be submitted via e-mail to whs.pentagon.ad.mbx.fomb@mail.mil and copy Nicole Savoy (Contract Specialist) at nicole.a.savoy.civ@mail.mil no later than 04:00 PM EST on January 31, 2025.
