The Embassy of the United States of America in Praia, Cabo Verde, invites all interested responsible companies to submit a quotation for a 3-row 4x4 vehicle, Toyota Fortuner or equal, with the below key specifications.  The quotation must include shipping costs to Praia, as well as a guaranteed delivery timeline.  To be considered for award, the vehicle must be designed and manufactured specifically for the Africa market.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to PraiaProcurement@state.gov no later than January 31st, 17:00h (Praia time). Use the subject line “Praia - Toyota Fortuner or equivalent vehicle - PR15073160” in your email response. No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline.

Please be advised that according to FAR 4.1102, all prospective quoters must be registered in the U.S. government’s System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award in case the order amount exceeds $30,000. Thus, for your convenience, please also see the attachments with guidance for entity registration in SAM.
