The solicitation is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 211130 with an associated small business size standard of 1250.

Solicitation no. IHS1503124 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).  This is a Request for Quote for a Contractor to provide Propane Delivery Services to both the Pinon Health Center (PHC) Government Quarters and Facility departments. The period of performance (or delivery) includes One One-year Base Period, plus four one-year option years.
