Is it a requirement for the vendor to provide system qualification upon installation completion? 4-To ensure adequate site servicing, would the departments/end-users consider it necessary for the vendor to have factory-employed technicians located near the site? 5-To meet IT security requirements, should the vendor have an approved TRM from IT? 6-Is it a requirement for any wireless devices provided to be FIPS certified? 7-Does the vendor need to have an RMF ATO to connect devices to the network? 8-Should the proposal be priced based on the equipment documented during the walk-through or the price list requested on page 12 of the RFQ?
