1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation posting from 6 February 2025 to 1700 EST 20 February 2025. The solicitation is extended for 2 weeks (14 days) from Thursday, 6 February 2025 to 1700 EST on Thursday, 20 February 2025. All
interested offerors may submit a new price proposal. Instructions for submitting proposals are provided within this solicitation.

2. Contractors must provide signature on first page. 

3. All other terms and conditions to remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

3. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS)
4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government.
5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the
corresponding Contract Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-Q-0003 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
