The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.

All offers should include a manufacturer's certification, that complies with the request model. to ensure that the Facilities Staff can properly review the technical specifications.

The delivery timelines will also be a consideration in the technical evaluation. If for whatever reason the winning bidder cannot meet the shipping timeline the award may be canceled and issued to the next technically acceptable offeror.
