The Department of State (DoS) has long term, recurring needs for light construction services.  This is a performance based nationwide IDIQ requirement, which will require the efforts of multiple contractors.  Contractors shall be responsible for proficient, dependable and cost-effective light construction services. 

The Department of State occupies facilities throughout the United States. In the Washington D.C. metropolitan area alone, DOS occupies over seven (7) million square feet of space in more than 40 commercial properties leased through GSA, and over 19 GSA-owned and DOS-owned buildings.
