This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The solicitation W912NR-25-Q-A001 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is solicited as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 722320 - Caterers. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications The contractor shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with proposal.

The Louisiana Army National Guard 2-156th IBCT has a requirement for boxed Hot meals (Breakfast and Dinner) for their Annual Training 27 January 25-10 February 25 delivered to Fort Johnson, Leesville, La 70147 (27 January-5 February 25) and Training Center (6-10 February 25) Pineville, LA, 71360. The contractor must be able to deliver meals at both locations.

 Submission of Quotes:  Offerors shall  submit  a signed SF 1449(block 30,a,b, and c), completed SCHEDULE OF SERVICE/PRODUCTS(S) and PRICING on, proposed menu and state health inspection report electronically to Contract Specialist, Ms. Lavon Wilson at lavon.d.wilson.civ@army.mil and the Contracting Officer, Mrs. Crystal Stiles, crystal.l.stiles.civ@army.mil. The Government must have received form the offeror a fully compliant quote.  The quote is compliant when it conforms to all of the requirements, terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the Need Statement.
