This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25925Q0272 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a Purchase Order contract resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This acquisition is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Located at 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, in support of the Cheyenne VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall submit prices for: (3) Walk Behind Floor Scrubbers with 24in dual disk/ 600ppm, 52in. in length, 26in. in width, and 44in. in height, a 1Hp scrub motor of 24 VDC, sealed/ MF AGM 140AH two battery kit, a 24 VDC vacuum motor with a vacuum water lift of 42in., an 11 gallon solution tank with a recovery tank of 14 gallons, Total weight should be 410lbs with batteries. The estimated delivery date for this requirement is 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
