The purpose of this Amendment is to Cancel the Government’s Request for Lease
Proposals (RLP) No. 36C24W25R0030.
Due to significant change in requirements, the Government is unable to proceed with this solicitation. The Government, as the contracting agency, has broad authority to cancel a solicitation and need only establish a reasonable basis for cancelation.
The Government appreciates the interest each and every offeror has expressed in serving our
veterans. The Government hopes to re-issue this solicitation for award after requirements are finalized.
