This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of Cerex FTIR Gas Analyzer Spectrometers for the West Desert Test Center (WDTC), Chemical Test Division (CTD) at Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway, Utah (DPG).  Requirement must be supplied by Cerex Brand Name and is for life-cycle replacement of existing Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) analyzers.  This requirement is Subject to Availability of Funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18.

This is a notice of intent to solicit as a small business set-aside for Cerex brand UV Hound UV-DOAS Multi-Gas Analyzers and Shepherd FTIR Portable FTIR Multi-Gas Analyzer spectrometers as Brand Name Only. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1) supplies, services, and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract type will be Firm Fixed Price and intended to be a total small business set-aside per FAR 52.219-6.
