SYNOPSIS: 

The United States Military Academy intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a brand name Korbyt digital signage application subscription for the United States Corps of Cadets (USCC) at the United States Military Academy (USMA). This will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 513210, Software Publishers. The Small Business Size Standard is $47.0 million dollars. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% Small Business (SB) concerns.
The source selection process that will be used is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The solicitation process will consist of the following: Solicitation will be issued on/or about 5 March 2025. Quotes will be due on/or about 11 March 2025. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 source selection procedures. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
