PR15180274 Chancery Workshops Construction – Riser

The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires construction works in its Chancery building located at 12 Szabadság tér, 1054 Budapest, Hungary. The works include the demolition, supply, and installation of A/C Chilled water systems pipings from the North Chancery basement to North Chancery Attic Mechanical room 2. The value of this construction effort is estimated as: “between $25,000 and $100,000”. The planned final completion deadline is in June, 2025.

All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror (not a subcontractor or local affiliate) must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:

• Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in HUNGARY;
• Be able to understand written and spoken English
• Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work;
• Have good experience and past performance records;
• Be able to demonstrate prior construction experience with suitable references;
• Have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law;
• Meet all insurance requirements;
• Have no adverse criminal record;
• Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America;
• Accept daily liquidated damages;
• Accept NET30 payment terms.
