Contractor shall provide non-personal services related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations to include loading and unloading military equipment as specified in the contract.

22d Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) requires the rental and operation of a Crane with a minimum lifting capacity of 3,500 lbs above 30ft. This support is necessary for lifting and moving equipment during exercise Realistic Urban Training (RUT) from X March to 21 March 2025 aboard Fort Barfoot, VA and surrounding Blackstone, VA. Services include delivery of the crane to designated locations, setup for operation,  relocation as required by the contract, and removal at the end of the performance period.
