Agency has an emerging need for conditioned warehouse space (Within 7-miles radius of Redstone Arsenal) to support logistics, storage, and daily operations for material handling of supplies supporting multiple regions. This lease will be for 1 Year Firm Term with 4 option years. The requirements for this warehouse are:

1. 18,000 square feet 
2. Climate controlled
3. High bay (30 foot ceilings)
4. 900 linear feet of three tiered palletized rack shelving
5. Dock levelers for palletized deliveries
6. Special security/intrusion detection systems
7. Proximal to Redstone Arsenal Gate 9 to support logistics and material movement.
