**The purpose of this amendment is to update the specifications in the performance work statements.** The Memphis District USACE has a requirement for a double convection to go aboard the MV Mississippi. The attached solicitation has full details. The Government intends to pay for this requirement using a credit card so be sure to include all fees associated to credit card payments.
