This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov. 

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541350 with PSC H399. 

The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis /solicitation, FA461325Q0007, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Questions are due no later than 12:00pm MST on 26 Feburary 2025.

Site Visit:  There will be a site visit for this requirement held at 10:00 AM MST on Wednesday, March 5th. Please arrive at the F.E. Warren AFB Visitor Center (address below) no later than 9:30 AM to be sponsored onto base. Bring physical copies of your vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's licence.
