The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, located in/at Off Highway 191 & Hospital Drive, Chinle, AZ 86503 needs a contractor to provide On-Site Specialty Clinic Services & Telehealth Rheumatology Physician Services.  Services shall be provided in accordance to attached Performance Work Statement.
