The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to establish a single or multiple Blanket Purchase  Agreements (BPAs) against which to place orders for lodging and rental services for training military personnel included  in the Statement of Work at Hurlburt field, Fl. A BPA is not a contract, but an agreement that establishes the price and terms and conditions  of future orders/calls. The BPA will have an individual call limit of $25,000.00 and a maximum ceiling of $ 337,312.00. This agreement does not obligate the Government, only calls made from authorized callers will obligate the Government. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 713990.  The Product Service Code (PSC) is G003.  The Size Standard for this NAICS is $9M.
