The proposed contract will be a fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The requested period of performance for a base period of five (5) years with Zero (0) Options.

Estimated annual demand quantity is 900/each per base year and each option year.

This is an Army Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Testing requirement applies. Government Production Lot Testing applies. Export Control applies. Higher Level Quality requirement applies.

The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Source is required covering DLA Direct requirements only.

Surge requirement may or may not apply.

Required delivery is 577 days ARO.

This will be a competitively awarded contract and the best value selection methods will be used. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
