Smoke oil needed for the Thunderbirds performing at the Toledo Airshow May 10-11 and be able to return unused oil after the airshow (If any is left over). The contractor shall provide Smoke Oil for the 2025 Toledo Airshow taking place at Eugene F. Kranz Toledo Express Airport. Contractor will deliver Smoke Oil no later than 28 April 2025.

Deliver smoke oil in thiry-two (32) full and unopened – 55 gallon drums. USAF Technical Orders state that the Smoke oil must be one of the following:

a. Chevron U.S.A., Inc Canopus 13 

b. Shell Oil Company Aeroshell Smoke Oil 

c. Copper State Petrol. CSP Aviation Smoke Oil 

d. W.S. Dodge Oil Company Smoke Oil C13 

e. PetroBlend Corporation Pure White Smoke Oil 

f. Petro-Canada Paraflex HT10 Fluids

g. Phillips 66 Company Los Angeles, CA, Aviation Smoke Oil
