Request for Quote for the “Annual Maintenance Contact (AMC) services for Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, and Playground at Consul General’s Residence (CGR)” for the period of Two-years effective April 2025 in Chennai, as per Specification provided herewith.

The U.S. Consulate General, Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation to provide the “AMC Services for the Swimming Pool, Tennis Court & Playground at Consul General’s Residence (CGR)” for the period of Two-years, effective April 2025, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).  

Period of service: Two Years [Base year + One Option year] subject to following conditions:

1. Availability of funds and all internal approvals.
2. Vendor’s satisfactory performance during base year.

c. Vendor must be active in SAM.gov, till the expiry of the Contract

The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all the work as required in the solicitation documents.  Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. Kindly refer all attachments (including Mandatory documents) closely before submitting your quote.

RFQ TIMELINE:

• Registration for site visit: Monday, February 24, 2025, by 12:00 noon (IST) to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Mandatory site visit with vendors: Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. (IST) at the Consul General’s Residence (CGR) located at No.1, Turnbulls Road Extn., Nandanam, Chennai – 600 035.

• Deadline to submit technical queries: Wednesday, February 26, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. (IST) to DudteMJ@state.gov with cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Thursday, March 06, 2025 at 03:00 p.m. (IST) to DudteMJ@state.gov with cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• This Solicitation is mainly intended for local vendors, as it involves day to day maintenance and vendor’s participation in the site inspection is mandatory. 

• Vendor must have service support availability in Chennai, India [Mandatory] for maintenance purpose.
