The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for a Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for one (1) Siemens Mobillet Elara Max located at the  Acoma-Cañoncito-Laguna (ACL) Indian Health Center in the Pueblo of Acoma, NM .

This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.
