ERDC-CERL has a need for Diamond Anvil Cell equipment for monitoring a sample’s optical behavior while under hydrostatic compression. The requirement will be described on brand name or equal basis with salient characteristics given for Almax – EasyLab. Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses.
