SpecificationsThe contractor shall provide  M1087 decoys (EXPANDED STATE) , generators, staking, and storage containers.
1.1.1 above.  The pricing of the goods will include:
•            M1087 Expansible Van in solid tan or green color 1:1 Scale match in its expanded state.
•            Commercial Spec Materials such as PVC with underlayment of foil/fabric under exterior vinyl skin
•            Continuous Air Source
•            Weather resistance, thermal stability from -20 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius
•            Maintain position in 50 mph wind gusts
•            Rapidly deployable and reconfigured.  Set-up time no longer than 45 minutes.
•            All tools required to setup and secure the decoy to the ground.  Hard metal stakes
