UPDATE FEBRUARY 20, 2025:

AMENDMENT 0005 is issued to accomplish the following:

1.  Incorporate the updated Davis-Bacon Act Wage Decision IL20250014 dated 01/03/2025 for Heavy and Highway.

UPDATE FEBRUARY 13, 2025:

AMENDMENT 0004 is issued to accomplish the following:

1.  Update the question and answer period to end to 27 February 2025.

2.  Add the following verbiage to the extended description and schedule of prices for option CLIN 0002, "IF OPTION A IS EXERCISED, THE NEW WORK WILL ADD AN ADDITION 30 DAYS FOR CONSTRUCTION."

UPDATE FEBRUARY 12, 2025:

AMENDMENT 0003 is issued to accomplish the following:

1.  Update the Site Visit information in FAR Clause 52.236-27.

2.  Include Option CLIN 0002 -- OPTION A - Repair Areas 5 & 6. 

3. Include an updated Schedule of Prices, dated 12 February 2025.  

4.  Update estimated cost range IAW DFARS (i) Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000

5.  Extend the Question and answer period from 13 February to 27 February 2025.

6.  Incorporate the updated Wage Determination, dated 10 January 2025. 

7.  Incorporate updated Plans and Specifications approved FEB 2025.  These Plans and Specifications shall replace the previously issued Plans and Specifications.

AMENDMENT 0002 is issued to accomplish the following:

The reason for this amendment is to accomplish the following:

1. Extend the Bid Opening Date as stated.  The reason for this extension is to allow additional time needed to update the Plan Set. The Government anticipates a revised Plan Set will be issued in the late January or early February timeframe.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions after the revised Plan Set is issued.
2. Revise the site visit language at FAR 52.236-27 SITE VISIT.  The Government anticipates there will be a pre-bid site visit scheduled for the early February timeframe.

The reason for this amendment is to accomplish the following:

1. Extend the Question and Answer Period and extend the Bid Opening Date as stated.
2. The reason for this extension is to allow additional time for obtaining the necessary permits.
3. As a result of questions received to date, and due to recent flooding events there will be another amendment forthcoming to allow for any additional damages that may be needed for this repair work.  The Government anticipates a Revised Plan Set will also be issued in the near future.
