FACTOR 1 Price: Pricing shall contain the following: Price/Cost Schedule shall be submitted fully completed. Price Schedule shall contain prices for the established Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) set forth in the section to include prices for the Period of Performance. FACTOR 2 - Technical Evaluation: Administrative documents shall contain the following: Standard Form (SF) 1449 shall be submitted fully completed. The SF 1449 must contain an original signature in Block 30(a) of the form. The contractor shall acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation that may be issued. FACTOR 3 Credit for SDVOSB/VOSB Status a. At the time of submission of quote, the Quoter must represent to the contracting officer that it is a i. SDVOSB/VOSB concern ii. Small business concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the acquisition; and iii. Verified for eligibility in the VetCert database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home). FACTOR 4 Past Performance: The offeror will provide at a minimum one past performance of similar scope or complexity.
