1. The subject of the quotation must be “Quotation Enclosed:  PR15049227: Pre-fabricated Break Room 
2. Only electronic quotations are accepted. They must be emailed by the deadline to BujProcurement@state.gov ONLY. 
3.  Value Added Tax (18%) must be included as a separate line item (if applicable)
4.  Interested vendors should be registered in SAM and should be NDAA 899 compliant on the submission date of the quote.
5. Quotations must specify the delivery lead-time and delivery location.
6. Photos must accompany the quote. 
7. No late offers will be accepted.

Questions will only be acceptabled until 22 Feb 2025.
