Submitting RFI regarding the purchase or lease of the mail meter for the Offutt AFB post office.

Please see desired specifications in "Statement of Need". The designated NAICS Code is 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. 

AFIMSC has requested all locations to pursue the following options when purchasing or leasing postal meters.

1. Hard machine
2. Web-based solution (contingency capabilities)
3. FedRamp certification

55 CONS believes Pitney Bowes is the only brand or provider of equipment that can meet the specifications outlined in the attached "Statement of Need". If you can provide this equipment or an equivalent please state so in your RFI response. 

IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
