The purpose of this amendment is to modify the statement of work (SOW) for the Recreational Trails Program Technical Assistance, Database and Annual Reports RFQ and to establish a new due date for quotes.

The SOW has been modified to:

• Remove and/or replace the terms diversity, equity and inclusion where they appeared in the previous SOW.
• Insert information in response to questions raised during the RFQ question and answer period. This should help quoters to better understand the government’s requirements.
• Change the due date for revised or new quotes to Wednesday February 19, 2025 12:00 PM Eastern.
