The SOW doc refers to an example image of the frame corner but that picture is not included, could we get this missing image?   See examples/pictures below of the of the frame image. --The paper specified for the printing is currently discontinued. Would Kodak Professional Inkjet Lustre Photo Paper 255gsm be an acceptable alternative? Yes, that will be fine. --For glazing, the doc specifies 100% UV plexi and 1/8" Lexan polycarbonate however these are two different materials. Could they specify which is the desired material for glazing?  100% UV Plexi --Is FSC Certification required on the lumber?  As far as I know it does not have to be. --. In it a specific manufacturer of Behavioral Health Frame is indicated. Do you require an exact match for these frames or is an alternate match acceptable?  The manufacturer listed is only a basis of design and does not have to be an exact match.  An alternate is acceptable but still must meet the MTR for Behavioral Health frames.
