In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises. EVALUATION CRITERIA:

This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.

Quotes are due on or before the closing date of the solicitation.

1. Provide Quote. LEAD TIME MUST BE LISTED ON QUOTE
2. WARRANTY information must be included on the QUOTE
3. Complete IHS Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form (if applicable)
4. Experience: Provide a list of at least (3) past projects of similar scope; include detailed project description, location, dollar amount, and period of performance.
5. Past Performance: Provide a letter of reference from a past customer.
6. Qualifications: Provide evidence that you are qualified to do the work.
