Yes, anything disturbed by the contractor during work activities needs restored.

What needs to be done with the spoils?  Is there a place to put it on site or do we need to be responsible for hauling it off site?

Spoils can be placed on the Project in a location designated within 1 mile of the work activities.

Do you have a NTE price for this project that we need to keep in mind?

No, this is a FFP contract, not construction.
