This notice serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation. 

Background: The Library of Congress (Library), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), requires contractor procurement support to acquire new computer devices to support the Information Technology Design & Development (ITDD) team in their software development and testing work activities. These devices will be used for cloud and mobile software application coding, system configuration, testing, and the maintenance of legacy Library applications.

Scope: The Contractor shall provide the following products: Apple MacBook M4 Pro 14-inch notebooks, including 3 years of AppleCare support.
