Only the items requested in this solicitation will be considered for award. All items shall have clear traceability to one of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Eaton Corporation (00624, 8W928, 98625), GE (05624), and Lockheed (98897). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM or distributor to its current location.
Only the items requested in this solicitation will be considered for award. The contractor shall furnish a COC in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause.
Contractors having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. All parts shall be NEW approved parts.

The USCG intends to issue an order for a quantity of one (1) each. Per FAR 52.217-6 Option for Increased Quantity, the USCG may increase the quantity by two (2) each, for a maximum quantity of three (3) each at the same unit price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the initial award date. The Contracting Officer will issue a unilateral modification if the USCG chooses to exercise this option.

United States Coast Guard Ombudsman Program
It is the policy of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to issue solicitations and make contract awards in a fair and timely manner. The Ombudsman Program for Agency Protests (OPAP) was established to investigate agency protest issues and resolve them without expensive and time- consuming litigation. OPAP is an independent reviewing authority that is empowered to grant a prevailing protester essentially the same relief as the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
Interested parties are encouraged to seek resolution of their concerns within the USCG as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) forum rather than filing a protest with the GAO or some external forum.
