Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC) must upgrade the electrical infrastructure for the Radiology department to support a new X-ray machine.  The requirement is to provide and install a power conditioning system, removal of existing equipment, and verifying operation of the new power conditioner system. 

The period of performance is six (6) months from date of award.
